Design and Supply

I will arrange a convenient time with you to visit your property and go through the various kitchens we supply (if you require us to supply).

Once you have selected your new kitchen units we will discuss your requirements and needs, I will then take measurements and draw a simple plan to take away with me.

That simple plan will then be used to accurately design a suitable kitchen layout based on our discussions.

Once the design has been made I will either email or post you a copy of the plan for your input. We can rearrange and redesign as many times as necessary to come up with a design that is best suited for your needs and the layout of your kitchen.

Survey

Once we have designed your new kitchen, or if you have a third party design it, I will visit your property again to cost for all the additional works requied to install.

I will complete a survey form as shown above, that is broken down into fine details so you can see what you’re spending your money on.

The cost will be for the installation of all the units, worktops, doors, handles etc (Dry Fit), and cost for the additional works that you may require/need us to undertake, under floor heating, floor tiling, wall tiling, new lighting, plastering, electrical work etc.

Installation

Once we have agreed the design, costs and installation date, you will need to pay a £500 deposit to secure the confirmed date. In the case of a cancellation the deposit is refundable up to 3 weeks prior to the installation commencing and then becomes non-refundable depending on whether I am able to fill that space with other work.

Under normal circumstances we would start the installation on a Monday (with the exception of Bank Holidays) and the installation usually takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the amount of additional works agreed to be done. In the case of Granite/Quartz worktops, the installation takes longer due to the templating and manufacturing.

You will be without your oven/hob/washing machine and sink for approximately 5 days so you may wish to make alternative arrangements. We will try and keep the mess/dust down to a minimum but as much as we dustsheet, dust will unfortunately get through. You will have water (hot and cold) throughout the whole installation.

All work is guaranteed for 12 months.
